Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and input data to generate reports on the quality and compliance of banking services.
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying entries and resolving inconsistencies.
- Follow up on incomplete documentation to gather missing information.
- Oversee and maintain operations at your assigned local branch.
- Report directly to the Senior Manager and support key compliance initiatives.
- Research industry regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards.
- Accurately classify and process incoming requests.
- Keep all quality-related documentation organized and up to date, including inspection reports, testing procedures, and records.
